Celebrating Life On ‘C’ Street

Because of our allegiance to Christ, we cannot join in what most people are celebrating today, but it doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate other things. In tribute to living on ‘C’ Street … here’s to celebrating the simple things.

Colors

It’s beautiful at this time of the year. Most trees develop vibrant flowery hues especially in places with four seasons.

Cherries (the yellow kind)

I especially like the mauve in the background from the leaves.

Cute Cat

This cute fluffy kitty was walking around by the park’s parking lot. We don’t know whose cat this is, but we got to pet it.

Chocolates

Buying your own chocolate is definitely much better than being handed candy corn.

Professing followers of Christ have no part in practicing the Dark Arts and especially commemorating Halloween that deals with the dark domain. We celebrate life and the resurrection. Death, both literal and figurative is the wage of man’s fallen state (Romans 6:23).

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it in all its fullness.

John 10:10
