When we choose people over Jesus Christ, we cannot treat people the way we ought to treat them. We deny The One who bought us at a price. When Jesus dealt with the woman caught in adultery, He did not deny the fact that she was guilty. He addressed sin and told her, “Go now and leave your life of sin.” (John 8:11)
