I remember my Pilate moment. I also happen to remember my Pilates moment. Both occurred almost around the same time, but the former carries on with eternal implications whereas the latter, ephemeral.
On my Pilate moment
I was on the passenger side of my sister’s minivan when I asked the big question to God, “What is the truth?” I had given my life to the Lord but was clinging to what I was raised in and what I knew. My sister was not in the van with me when this happened. All I can say is that the Holy Spirit’s convicting power is such that no one can in any way do anything to tamper with the degree of one’s conviction.
Prior to my question, I was hit with a passage which challenged what I believed. God used a friend to do that. When we sincerely ask God what the truth is, He sees the pressing necessity to give an answer since the question ultimately leads to a person’s desire to know Him as He wants to be known. In Luke 23:9 however, Jesus didn’t answer Herod. Conviction is God’s work alone.
“What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. 6 I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. 7 So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. 8 The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. 9 For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.”

On the Pilates moment
It was not long after that I had my son. I was a single mother for a few years and all I can say for this one is that though we can make up many plans that affect us in the physical realm, its place is meant to be secondary (1 Timothy 4:8). I didn’t stick to practicing Pilates. It just wasn’t for me.

I’m curious, do you find it significant that the United States is presenting a peace plan? Not to mention the timing of it?
I have not thought of that. What is most intriguing to me though is the Jewish people recognizing Trump as King Cyrus where they made a coin with the Third temple on the back of the coin and also how no one before him has recognized Jerusalem as the “eternal” capital of Israel and he happens to have done good on his promise by moving the embassy to Jerusalem on Israel’s 70th birthday! Very significant.
Yes, they do seem to be quite enamored with Trump. It also seems that much prophecy is associated with U.S. actions recently. Apparently the peace plan is Jared Kushner’s though, but still the U.S.

It appears so, but Trump tasked his in-law to be in charge of the Mideast Peace plan. If Trump weren’t elected, I wonder if Kushner would be in charge of that as he is now.
But he was elected.. and it appears things are falling into place just as they are/were intended.
The election of Donald Trump was God-ordained. There are no coincidences and the fact they have tried with all their might to sway the result, God says the final word as you are probably already familiar with Daniel 2:21a, “He changes the times and seasons; he removes kings and establishes kings.”
There are plenty of speculations about Kushner and only time is the revealer.
