On this day, the opportunity for sharing the gospel is tied to food. I don’t know if this verse was always there since I just started buying this frozen stir fry from a certain store. It was a pleasant surprise to see a bible verse on the package of frozen stir fry peppers on Christmas day! Besides the bible verse on a package of Chicharrón, this would be another one added to the list.
The gospel is everywhere. It’s even on frozen vegetables and absolutely no one has an excuse!
Bell pepper is a vegetable staple on our rice noodles.
“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.”
John 4:34
The KJV renders food as meat. This is how the BSB reads,
“Jesus explained, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work.”
I could not eat any more than one of these. It was a spur of the moment idea to top it with chocolate. Any more would be sugar overload!
