Went out for an early morning drive to take pictures of the dark-hued, late bloomer Cherry blossoms. Sadly, the weather was not that permitting for me to take pictures and secondly, I wore the wrong shoes yet again, suede flats on freshly cut dewy grass. In actuality, I did not need to drive far to find a picture-worthy subject. As I walked to the car in our driveway, I saw orbs of water suspended in the web. It may be mundane, but today, it caught my attention. I did not look for it. It was just there.
Oh the web! It can only hold so much water, but eventually, it will not be able to bear all the weight. The web will still be there, but the water has nowhere else to go but down.
Beware of Impostors
“The heart is deceitful above all things
and beyond cure.
Who can understand it?

they cannot cover themselves with what they make.

“Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.”
Matthew 7:15
“In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, 13 while evildoers and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it…”
2 Timothy 3:12-14
The only way to guard ourselves from impostors is to cling to The Word and not to go and search for answers especially regarding doctrine beyond what is written (1 Corinthians 4:6). Watch out for bait and switch impostors. They lure you with material from pastors whom people know to be sound, but they themselves do not hold to the views they appear to promote.
