Build Your House on the Rock
“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. 26 And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. 27 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.”

House on a rock – A believer whose foundation lies firmly on Jesus Christ and His teachings. Not just a hearer but also a doer. Not sinless, but one who makes a habit in getting back to right standing with God.
The Shack – A professing Christian who gets tossed to and fro by every wind of false teaching and has no firm foundation on the Word of God.
“Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming.“
Ephesians 4:14
Do you find yourself getting amped up to watch the “The Shack”? The reason you’re looking forward to it is because you may be watching a movie about the sad and true nature of your own spiritual condition, looking nice, colorful, and lively on the outside, appearing to do all things Christian, but you happen to hold erroneous notions on the nature of God that is not founded on the complete beginning to end revelation of Himself in Scriptures.
Take a few moments to do a spiritual inventory. Which one are you? The house built on a rock or are you a shack?
A word of caution to believers who have promoted the book or the upcoming movie: Just remember, when you promote false doctrine, God will hold you accountable for every soul you are leading astray.

The funny part is that false converts have their walls painted by Satan to look like bricks.
That’s more sad than funny actually.
The scariest part is when the Lord says, Depart from me, I never knew you… But Lord, I loved my neighbor by being a good example… Ahhh, but you never bothered to tell him who I really am, what’s revealed in the Bible… You let your neighbor believe in the false one.
