Even the crow takes cover from the rain, which begs the question…
Do we all take shelter during or after the rain?
“Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.“

He is not going to keep us from the “hour of trial” after the wrath. He is keeping all genuine believers “from” it. If you are clothed with Christ, you have crossed over from wickedness to righteousness.
“The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness,”
Romans 1:18 NIV
The season is here. Jesus promises to take the believers before the hour/final week of trial.
When this happens, the world as dark as it is now will get even darker.
“Seek the LORD while he may be found;
call on him while he is near.
7 Let the wicked forsake their ways
and the unrighteous their thoughts.
Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them,
and to our God, for he will freely pardon.”
Isaiah 55:6-7 NIV
