I planned on making a dress with a Peter Pan collar today (I did make the collar, but without the dress!), but I ended up baking bread instead. My brother introduced me to this Tangzhong milk bread recipe just minutes after I started on my project.
Giving step by step tutorials especially on baking or cooking is not my thing. I skipped taking a picture of when the dough was stuck to my hand.
This turned out to have the softness and texture of a Hawaiian dinner roll.
