There was something good that came out of Black Friday after all and it is the mini cupcake maker I bought for $10. Can you believe that? I always baked regular cupcakes and never got around to buying the mini cupcake baking pan so I found the opportunity to buy the mini cupcake maker instead. As pictured, I think they came out pretty good. This is the first time I baked a batch without using the oven.
I’m no Martha Stewart and I’m far from it but I thought I’d give my two cents about this product. I am impressed by the quality of the cupcakes it makes and most of all, this appliance is so small it hardly takes up space on my kitchen counter, not to mention it bakes a 7 piece batch within less than 10 minutes.
I went to the store pretty late so I just grabbed a 12-cupcake mix to see what this little baby can do. It made about 5 batches which is about 35 mini cupcakes and my daughter couldn’t stop eating. My son was showing me how he could down one cupcake in one bite. Lol. It’s funny.
I am glad I discovered this little thing at such a time as Black Friday. Yeah, I know, I wouldn’t normally have bought it but who could pass up such a great deal? This will definitely be a handy kitchen appliance for a little pick-me-up during the day with a demitasse.
