From Winter To Summer Weather

The pear tree by the parking lot is flowering.  It’s been awhile since we watched the news. Some things are observable though and some people are creating the food shortage by panic buying specially with meat products. It’s the same deal that happened with the toilet paper in 2020. There’s nothing wrong with thinking ahead, but when someone’s panic buying creates the problem for everyone else, it’s a sad thing.

The sparrow is a constant reminder as to who holds the future (Matthew 10:29-31). It was a beautiful day today—the temperature reached close to Summer weather (upper 70’s). Just three days ago, it felt like winter. Interesting times indeed.

Seek the Lord, all you meek of the earth,
Who have upheld His justice.
Seek righteousness, seek humility.
It may be that you will be hidden
In the day of the Lord’s anger.”

Zephaniah 2:3 NKJV

“Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.”

Luke 13:24 NKJV

Meanwhile, the weeds have an allure to them and they are growing rampant, not just in backyards everywhere, but also in the spiritual domain and positions of influence. Noxious weeds are thriving. Until then, the precious plants will have to be patient for their appointed time.

“The LORD is good,
A stronghold in the day of trouble;
And He knows those who trust in Him.”

Nahum 1:7 NKJV
