These are all scenes of today which happens to be the first day of Fall. This is a macro of a sunflower head. Looking at the seeds, it is arranged in such a way that is precise and perfectly aligned. Our Creator is this precise—from the sequence all the way to the season of planting and harvesting.
Speaking of sequence, the world needs to pay attention,
- 7 When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.
- 8 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
- There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains.
- 9 “You must be on your guard. You will be handed over to the local councils and flogged in the synagogues. On account of me you will stand before governors and kings as witnesses to them.
Mark 13:7-9
“Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.”
Matthew 24:35
“God is not a man, that He should lie, or a son of man, that He should change His mind. Does He speak and not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?”
Numbers 23:19
What is written in His Word will be fulfilled.
We are living in such a time.
I harvested some sunflower seeds. Some still need some drying up.
“Do you not say, ‘There are still four months until the harvest’? I tell you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are ripe for harvest.”
John 4:35
Fall, the season of harvest happens to be my favorite season. The leaves— looking jubilant—in their last hurrah even when the skies are gray.
Some people think there’s still plenty of time, but the season of a spiritual harvest IS here.
“For just as rain and snow fall from heaven and do not return without watering the earth, making it bud and sprout, and providing seed to sow and food to eat, 11so My word that proceeds from My mouth will not return to Me empty, but it will accomplish what I please, and it will prosper where I send it.”
Isaiah 55:10-11
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”
John 3:16-17
