A Taste Of Lack

“When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. 6 Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “Two pounds of wheat for a day’s wages, and six pounds of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!”

Revelation 6: 5-6 NIV

What would possess a bar owner to name their establishment something reminiscent of the third seal of the apocalypse? We went for a quick drive downtown since we also had to get gas. Food and gas prices are definitely rising. It’s been awhile since I saw a gallon of regular exceed four dollars in these parts. The last time I saw these prices was in FL over 5 years ago when the country happened to also be run by a democrat. Coincidence? I’m thinking not. Most of the democrat politicians are in on the agenda of making things hard for the people in order to usher the global reset.

On a different note, I’d like to address a nonstick label. Those who had utter disdain for Trump coming from the mainstream media call those who voted for him in the last election diehard “Trumpians”, but there are many “Trumpians” who refuse to take the vaccine. Ironically, the ones who hated Trump were the first ones in line to take the vaccine his administration fast-tracked, and not only that, they are now making pariahs out of people who refuse to take it. So, will the real “Trumpian” please stand up?

I read in yesterday’s headline that Monsieur Macron wants to make the lives of the unvaxxed as miserable as possible until he bullies them into submission by putting beaucoup restrictions on what the unvaxxed French citizens can do. We pretty much have similar restrictions here in the States especially in deep blue States. One sad case had to do with a woman who couldn’t get an organ transplant done simply because she was unvaccinated. The mandate that is pushed to “save lives” is the very same one that denied a lifesaving operation—the irony, really.

If you think living without being able to eat out and watch a movie or go to a cafe is punishment, how much more when they won’t allow anyone who has not gotten the hocus poke to buy food? I’ve not gotten C0VID, but I heard it makes one have a lack of taste.

Interestingly, the pandemic that leads to a lack of taste leads to a global taste of lack.
