Praise the Lord!

Praise, O servants of the Lord,
Praise the name of the Lord!
² Blessed be the name of the Lord
From this time forth and forevermore!
³ From the rising of the sun to its going down
The Lord’s name is to be praised.

⁴ The Lord is high above all nations,
His glory above the heavens.
⁵ Who is like the Lord our God,
Who dwells on high,

Psalm 113:1-6

The Way, the Truth, and the Life

“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. ² In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. ³ And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. ⁴ And where I go you know, and the way you know.”

⁵ Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”

⁶Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

John 14:1-6

In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. – CERTAINTY – We have a God who does not lie as stated in Numbers 23:19,

“God is not human, that he should lie,
    not a human being, that he should change his mind.
Does he speak and then not act?
    Does he promise and not fulfill?”

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” – CERTAINTY – This is spoken by God in the flesh, Jesus Christ. Anyone who professes Christianity and accepts declarations contrary to this is not a Christian.

1) Any person who denies this is asserting that Jesus is lying.
2) The person has chosen man over God by compromising this core doctrine for the sake of political correctness.

We hear this verse all the time but easily let it pass through the other ear. Clinging to this will reap you the inescapable stigma of intolerance even when you share this in the nicest and most loving way possible. Christians in Asia and the Middle East are being slaughtered because even those who are “inclusive” know their truth is not inclusive as evidenced by their actions.

Truth has been spoken. It is entirely your choice to receive it or reject it.

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”
