Push Through

There are arrows
As plenty as the sparrows
You can’t avoid that fiery dart
Intent to break your heart

It’s meant to thwart you
From doing God’s will for you
Keep on pushing through
As you hold on for your breakthrough

You’re called to be free
Like the bird on this tree
Sing songs of deliverance with glee
Those demons will have to run and flee

As I listen to a song
It won’t be too long
“Help is on the way”
To sustain you for today

Whatever you are going through, He is always with you.

But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore, I will most gladly boast all the more about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may reside in me.”

2 Corinthians 12:9
