The Bible On Unlawful Entry

“Truly I tell you, anyone who doesn’t enter the sheep pen by the gate but climbs in some other way is a thief and a robber.”

John 10:1

“Enter through the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the road is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who go through it.”

Matthew 7:13

“Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

John 14:6

We worship a God of law and order. What applies in the spiritual consequently applies in the physical. This country was framed in that same order.

For professing Christians wrestling with the Immigration issue (some churches are out there) who condone unlawful entry, the end does not justify the means. You can send help to the people outside the gates. Allowing them in only encourages more lawlessness.

Grace and amnesty abound, but a person must first accept, understand, and abide by the terms and condition given in order for one to get the full benefit.

Will God accept you if you choose to bypass the clear route He has given you?

  1. It begs the question. If one goes against man’s law, what makes them think that they will obey God’s Word?

In 1 John 4:20 it says, If anyone says, “I love God,” yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For the person who does not love his brother he has seen cannot love the God he has not seen.

That verse is a perfect illustration that what you do here on earth will reflect what type of relationship you will have with Christ. By hating a person it will show no love for God. Disobeying laws place by those in authority will show that one will not keep God’s law…etc
