The Media’s Love Affair With Hypocrites

What right does this protester have to destroy someone else's property?
What right does this protester have to destroy someone else’s property?

This country is divided. We get it. But it is sickening to see the media cover so much attention on the protests and painting the president in the worst possible light ever, even comparing figures on how many people attended today versus Obama’s inauguration.

This is what explains the “fewer” number of Inauguration attendees. The protesters made it their mission to block an entry point. What a sad sight.

No wonder Trump has such a disdain for the “principled media,” as Meryl Streep coined it, a grave indicator of how out of touch she is of reality. Can’t really expect too much from someone with a livelihood of pretending to be someone else who gets paid much more than your average person will ever see in their lifetime, in one gig.

The big question: Is the new president causing the division? From what I heard in his speech, he wanted to put the past behind and look to new beginnings, but these “peace-loving” liberals are themselves causing more chaos on Inauguration day, something you never saw from Republicans when Obama got re-elected.

What is monumentally bad about this whole thing is that these people are protesting simply because they cannot accept the fact their candidate lost and fail to really let the fact sink in that Blacks, Whites, Latinos, Asians and everything in between voted for Trump.  These people don’t have any respect on the people’s choice, and yes, even some Liberals voted for Trump. These people are a disgrace behaving like a bunch of toddlers having a collective tantrum who all need to grow up, move on and deal with it.

Trump is not causing the division. It is their refusal to accept the outcome that is causing the division. They all cry tolerance but what they advocate for, they cannot give… And for the immigrants protesting, they want to be heard, yet they don’t want to listen and hear the president and give him a chance… SMH. Really.

Hypocrisy is ugly but sadly, no hypocrite can see their own hypocrisy.

To any professing Christian who are thinking of joining in on the protests, please meditate on the passage below,

Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.
