The Things To Come

God’s love warns

“While hearing people chant, ‘No hate, No fear,’ I’m suddenly bashed on the back of my head…”

Portland is less than an hour away and it is only just a matter of time to have something like the antifa chaos trickle to neighboring towns. I’m usually an optimist, but reading the Bible instantly makes one a realist. What we are currently witnessing in our newsfeeds has already been written,

“And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.”

Matthew 24:12

When elected officials take a hands-off approach on lawlessness, lawlessness becomes lawful and in some cases, it becomes the law of the land. It is justified to beat people to a pulp simply because they are the perceived enemy of an extremist group dressed in black just like the barbaric ISIS extremists. These so-called “justice warriors” ARE the oppressors and the most sad thing is they think they are the good guys and law enforcers are told to do nothing. It is truly mindboggling how these people define love along the lines of violent activism. They physically hurt people, destroy property and steal- very much so like the mastermind behind the movement,

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy;”

John 10:10a

The Word of God endures forever coming from the One who knows all things seeing the end from the beginning and everything in between. The Bible also talks about increasing cataclysmic events (Luke 21:11, Luke 21:25-26), the coming One-world government and its mandatory mark imposed on every person on the planet (Revelation 13:16-18). We see this agenda becoming more and more into a reality as liberal politicians push for open borders.

The Bible also warns us of a coming asteroid/meteor that will hit the earth (Revelation 8:10-11). Scientists are concerned about a huge mass projected to hit the earth some years from now as they find ways to thwart its course but they will not succeed. We see this in movies like Deep Impact and Armageddon and a TV show called Salvation. They call it Science fiction, but the plot is not far-fetched because the Word of God has this future event written down.

Be in the know and read your Bible. Intaking truth is the only way to guard yourself from the propaganda that the people chanting “No hate, no fear” are learning in schools or from the media. God left us the Bible so that we can prepare ourselves for what is to come.

“Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.”

Matthew 24:35

The judgments are only reserved for those who choose to harden their hearts.

Today is the day of salvation. Repent and ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior.

  1. “When elected officials take a hands-off approach on lawlessness, lawlessness becomes lawful and in some cases, it becomes the law of the land.”

That is why the Book of Revelation is revealed to us and its certainty. God’s judgment on a world that has rejected God’s Word in favor of lawlessness-“Do what thou wilt.” Society just shows how close we truly are to the return of Jesus Christ.

  2. So so true! When I point this out to people – including so called Christians- the remarks and denial are stunning!
    Excellent, Caeli! Thank you!!!

  3. I wonder if any Christians are concerned over man’s interpretation of the Biblical end times? For example: a huge asteroid hitting the earth and (insert movie theme here)…..
Since even many “Biblical” movies mislead us into thinking that what we see on the screen is the factual historical event. For example, the Charleston Heston portrayal of Moses leads us to believe that Moses’ hair changed from dark to white in a matter of days (or however long Moses was up on the mountain with God)
I question all the time whether God would send such a worldwide catastrophe while there were still Christians living out His word.
Yes, I believe in the persecution of the saints… whether it is coming, or is already here. But the calamities hitting our time now doesn’t hit just the Christians, but the none-Christians also.
Persecution of the saints is just that.. persecution…of the …saints.
    Just wondering that is all

      – This post quotes literal future events that the Bible tells us about the end times. When it is literal, it is just basically conveying what the book already states, staying within what is revealed rather than adding to it. When people want to read in something that significantly differs from the text, that’s what you call a personal opinion. Stating that a meteor or asteroid is going to hit the Earth was written so that makes it a literal interpretation. If you hold to the belief that the entire book of Revelation is not to be interpreted literally, you would now bring into question the literal events that Jesus Himself mentioned pertaining to the End times (specifically Matthew 24:21), and not only that, it would also question His literal second coming.

“I question all the time whether God would send such a worldwide catastrophe while there were still Christians living out His word.”

      – What have you personally read in the Bible that God said He was going to do? In Matthew 24:21, Jesus states, “For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again.” This is clearly verbiage pertaining to a future event that the world has never before experienced.

If you read on the next verse, Matthew 24:22, “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.”

There will be believers in the end times and these believers would be those who were converted during the tribulation since in Revelation 3:10, He makes a promise to the church, “Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth” and this tied to Matthew 24:21 would be the Great tribulation.
