Both the clouds and the conspiracy against humanity thickens. There is heightened activity in the realm of the unseen especially at this time. The enemy brings all kinds of distractions that will keep us from carrying the task at hand.
“In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory.”
Ephesians 1:11-12
“For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. 12 It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, 13while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.
15 These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you.
Titus 2:11-15 NIV
Love without the truth is one you would call a deception. No one can claim to love people and keep the truth from them at the same time. Something terrible is coming and to let people perish in their unrepentant state is NOT love.
“Seek the Lord while he may be found;
call on him while he is near.
7 Let the wicked forsake their ways
and the unrighteous their thoughts.
Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them,
and to our God, for he will freely pardon.”
Isaiah 55:6-7
Trying to be consistent in promoting the gospel at this late hour is one that is not without opposition from the enemy. I find that most of the spiritual attacks occur just after exposing wicked schemes that the enemy has taken people captive to do in order to keep people in the bondage of deception. The worst kind of deception come from those who profess to be Christians and are pretending to preach God’s Word only for the money which is their god. Should you find yourself being hindered in your walk and what it is you are doing for the Lord, keep pushing through.
“But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.”
2 Timothy 4:5
