Each head at this size can have more than 100 seeds. If you have around 50 sunflower plants, you will harvest more seeds than you need for the next season.
I wish I could show them all to you. It’s not my own creation, it’s God’s, but it brings joy to be able to take part in the process of seeing it grow from the ground up. The most amazing part is that its growth depends on the weather which is out of our control and though for a time it needs to be sheltered, this kind is not meant to thrive indoors. You could try to ward off squirrels, earwigs, birds and slugs, but some of these flowers end up not making it.
I get to see the same cheerfulness from the same plant year after year. Though different, they all do the same thing- they look to the sun.
Their uniqueness is evident even though they’re coming from the same seeds harvested from the previous years.
This variety happens to have a multi-head so more seeds were harvested just from this plant. I have amassed more than I need within three years since I don’t get to plant them all.
Consider this application… If you have a lot of seeds, the more you plant, the seeds just keep coming.

The propaganda news is meant to rile people up. We’re better off investing our energies in sowing seeds, both literally and spiritually that we may busy ourselves for a harvest. It’s not too late to start now.
